The holding company
Being good at something should be enough.
It isn't, yet. Most of what a person can do is invisible — unproven, unrecorded, stranded behind a company that closed or a border they crossed. We build the three places where a working life is made, and we keep what each one leaves behind.
Vision
A world where ability is visible — where what a person can actually do is provable to anyone who needs to know, in any language and across any border.
Mission
To build the three places where a working life is made, and to keep the proof each one leaves in the hands of the person who earned it.

Why this exists
Everything you are good at should outlive the place you did it.
emprego.com, curso.com and empresa.com are the plainest words in Portuguese for work, learning and business. They were registered decades ago and never used once. Finding who held them took years; paying for them took more than we had. Offers to buy them still arrive, and have all been refused — because three words that are valuable apart are something else together.
Together they are a whole working life: what you learn, where you work, what you build. Only one of the three is open so far. The other two are the half of the idea that has not been built yet.
Everything a person is good at is currently held by whoever happened to employ, teach or hire them, and it goes when they go. A course nobody can verify. A reference from a manager who has moved on. A company that closed and took the record with it. We are building the place it belongs to instead — one record, in the hands of the person who earned it, that outlives the company, the country and the language.
That is what the anchor is for. The three products move; the record does not. Pinta is the Portuguese word for the kind of mark that does not wash out.
